Part Time Office Administrator - Lincoln

Job Description

Our client based in Lincoln is a mental health support charity who are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.

The role is to support with an increase in workload and will be a temporary position initially for 3 months.

The role is part time working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexibility on working hours between 9am and 5pm. The pay rate for the position will be £10.00 per hour.

Duties of the role will include:-

  • Providing general admin assistance to the project team
  • Data entry
  • Collating reports
  • Setting up meetings
  • Answering calls
  • Electronic filing
  • Gathering information

We do need someone who is confident using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel as well as someone who is comfortable to work in a fast paced environment and has previous office administration experience.
