Our client are looking for an experienced conicerge to work within one of their Condominium complex's based in Hackney, East London.

Shift pattern: Fridays and Saturdays (Fri: 7am to 7pm / Sat: 8am to 2pm)
Hourly rate: £10.49

Duties
- Welcome customers upon entrance
- Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
- Understand customer's needs and provide them with personalized solutions
- Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
