Our client based in Birmingham is currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.
The role will be temporary for 3 months initially, covering maternity leave until the end of January with a pay rate of £9.50 per hour.
The hours of work will be part time working a minimum of 3 days per week and our client is flexible with the number of hours the successful candidate works in total (a typical working day is 9am-5pm).
Working within the admin/finance function you will be responsible for dealing with client monies, release of funds following requests from staff members and completing paperwork and documentation associated with this.
Duties of the role will include:-
- Dealing with funds allocation for patients
- Administering funds, logging and updating information
- Overseeing the petty cash fund
- Administration around client monies
In order to be considered for the role it is essential you have experience in:-
- Data management and a good proficient user of Microsoft Excel
- Logging and updating finance logs - with some finance experience in the past
- Good communication skills via email, telephone and face to face
