Our client based in Lincoln is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor (out of hours) to join their team as soon as possible.
The role will be temporary and are estimated to last for 3 months however, could also turn permanent for the right candidate.
You will be required to cover 16 hours per week between 17:30 Friday to 00:00 Sunday (you will not be required to work overnight, just up until 00:00) and so candidates must be fully flexible with this.
The pay rate for the role is £8.72 per hour.
Duties of the role will include:-
- Taking inbound calls
- Covering an out of hours service for vulnerable adults and children along with other emergency calls for 4 district councils
- Updating information on internal systems
- Data entry and administration support
The calls will be of a sensitive nature and so candidates must be able to deal with this appropriately, therefore we are ideally looking for a candidate who has a background within social care.
The successful candidate will also require a DBS check due to the nature of the calls and the systems they will be using, in which full training will be given.
