Operations Administrator

Job Description

Our client is a highly successful, market leading, specialist supplier within the food manufacturing sector in Chesterfield; due to continued success they are now looking to recruit a permanent Operations Administrator.

The Operations Administrator is a busy, varied role working closely with the operations manager. Administrative duties will include: general office admin, updating spreadsheets, processing and chasing orders, liasing with the warehouse team, finance admin, customer liaison, issuing packing sheets, HR admin, telephone calls with customers and suppliers, compliance paperwork, and building strong relationships with the team.

Hours or work are: 08.30 - 17.00 Monday - Thursday and 08.30 - 16.00 on a Friday.

The successful Operations Administrator will have a solid administration background, be able to work well on their own initiative as well as within a team, and be able to remain calm when working to time critical deadlines.

Salary range for the Operations Administrator role:

£22,500 - £23,000 per annum
