Our client based in Lincoln is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team as soon as possible to assist with a project they are currently working on for the Lincolnshire County Council.
You will be the first point of contact for emergency calls relating to adults and children's social care and you will be dealing with calls from both professionals and members of the public. These calls will be of a sensitive nature and you will be required to gather and process information efficiently and accurately, as well as complete general day to day administration tasks.
We are currently recruiting for 1 position at 25 hours per week, to work on a temporary on going basis. Hours will vary and will fall within the core hours of:-
- Monday to Thursday 17:30 - 24:00
- Friday to Sunday 17:30 - 08:00
The pay rate for the role will be £8.50 per hour.
We are looking for people who have:-
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to work evenings, weekends and overnight
- A polite telephone manner
- Patience and the ability to display empathy and compassion to others
- Good IT skills with a competency in using Microsoft Office programs
