Our client is a well established waste management company based in Lincoln. They are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team as soon as possible to assist with an increase in workload.
The role will be temporary and is estimated to last until July 2021 and will be reviewed again at this time. The hours of work will be full time 40 hours per week working 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. The pay rate for the role will be based on National Minimum Wage.
Duties of the role will include: -
- Answering inbound calls in a polite and professional manner
- Logging information accurately onto the internal system
- Building relationships with both internal and external customers
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints
- Assist credit control with outstanding debts by way of query resolution
- Understand the daily driver debrief and deal with any issues raised
In order to be considered for the role you must have previous office administration experience, be IT literate with a good telephone manner and able to work in a high pressure environment.
