Office Administrator

Job Description

Main duties will include:-

  • Dealing with drivers/paperwork
  • Shipping rework orders/putting jobs onto Transport portal
  • Making ready Export paperwork
  • Invoicing on sage
  • Allocating orders
  • Checking EDI labels
  • Getting labels ready for rework
  • Printing container paperwork
  • Answering phone / dealing with emails

Key skills:

  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Organised
  • Able to multitask + prioritise
  • Team working
  • Good verbal and written English
  • Able to speak with customers
  • Able to speak on the phone and write e-mail
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Not necessary but useful if have some warehouse system experience
