Main Duties

  • To always represent the client in a professional manner and to protect the interests of the client
  • To manage the smooth running of the projects encompassing all duties from pre-construction through to handover, inclusive of the project financials with assistance from an client interface.
  • Instrumental lead in driving projects, sub-contractors and managing the clients expectations.
  • Developing the supply chain and being instrumental in the strategical selection of sub-contractors for each project.
  • Leading and motivating all team members to strive to achieve our goals.
  • Effectively managing change at any given time.
  • Ensuring we are always staying compliant .
  • Mentor and develop personnel within the business in order facilitate future growth.
  • Develop relationships with clients and assist toward business development and secured projects for the business.
  • To carry out any other duties as necessary to fulfil the role.
  • To be involved at tender stage, survey and project understanding with assisting our estimators.
  • On securing a project be involved in the process and understanding of estimating handover to contracts.
  • Have the knowledge and understanding to start the preconstruction of secured projects with having professional team workshops and liaising with Designer Engineers, CAD Operator, Document Controller and Key Supply Chains.
  • Have knowledge and understanding on issuing proactive and detailed correct RFI's, Technical Submittals and Control of Procurement procedures.
  • Have a understanding to meet set better buy targets set by our commercial team for all our supply chain activities.
  • Be able to fulfil and deliver our project report , with completing it correctly and including correct information to the professional team arcuately fortnightly.
  • To produce a programme of works in line with the main contractor.
  • Performing and engaging a working relation with our supplies and hold meeting with them on site.
  • To an understanding of managing all our Mechanical & PH Specialist Contractors.
  • To be able to plan ahead and deliver project on time and commercially
  • Knowledge of the commissioning requirements for Mechanical Services.
  • Able to deliver O&M's and As Built Drawings in time.

Role Overview

  • Project managing designated sites and achieving a successful delivery of projects.
  • Always promote the company ethos and core values of working in an open honest and transparent manner
  • Reporting continuous updates on the company progress to your line manager.

Working Hours

  • 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. However, due to the nature the role flexibility is expected in order to fulfil your obligations.
  • 25 days annual leave excluding public holidays.
