Marketing Coordinator - Home Working
Job Description
We are working with a global electronics manufacturer who is seeking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the organisations fastest growing business area with a focus on Aerospace & Defence and Medical markets, and work with a diverse, global marketing team. Core responsibilities will fall across the areas of business development support and sales enablement, branding and marcom and market research. This individual will play a key role in helping identify and support the pursuit of key growth customers across our core target markets, coordinate the execution of a global communications schedule and assist with research activity to inform decision making across activity including product development.
This is a home based role but candidates residing in the Midlands would be ideally located

Duties
Support Business Development teams in key pursuits and activities to enable growth
Occupy leading role in planning and execution of our ongoing Voice-of-the-Customer program activities
Assist in the creation of value propositions and strategic presentation in line with BD team requirements and companywide sales methodology
Creation of highly professional win proposals and associated bid documentation utilising established processed and tools
Coordinate and manage inbound lead generation and nurture process for with monthly reporting
Support inbound marketing efforts via coordination and creation of industry relevant blogs and thought-leadership content as appropriate
Oversee coordination of internal and external key event calendar including relevant merchandise related activities
Support the Marketing Manager with the creation of annual marketing strategy and plans
Assist the Marketing Manager with budgeting, presentations and reports and coordinate with finance as needed to manage supplier payment process efficiently
Work with marketing team members to support research projects for key markets/applications/customers
Collaborate with the PS teams to support new product launches and content generation/launch packs
Manage coordination of planned PS press release items/articles and other marcom
Support in the qualification of new business suspects in new and existing targeted market sectors
Utilisation of companywide Customer Relationship Management systems - SalesForce
Develop and assist with customer and internal training events
Coordinate up-to-date branding across the materials and facilities as needed in alignment with company's brand strategy
Support NPI's and product roadmap discussions with competitor benchmarking analysis where required
Manage relationships with core channel partners to maximise growth with key products via targeted regions for our distribution and rep related value streams
Our ideal candidate
Degree or equivalent plus related experience in a marketing related role
Exceptional writing skills with a strong attention to grammar and syntax
Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office products, SalesForce experience a plus
Self-motivated and self-directed and able to achieve objectives on time with minimal oversight
Strong analytical skills, paired with a business development mindset
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Enthusiastic and team-oriented player that can bring people together to successfully deliver projects
Possesses a strong sense of customer service with all people the candidate meets
Has effective negotiation skills
Possesses a strong attention to detail
Adobe and/or other creative software skills a plus
Marketing campaign development/event experience a plus
