Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Logistics Customer Service Manager join an established and award-winning provider of international logistics and freight services at their new start of the art site in Stoke on Trent. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they continue to grow and develop their business.

The position would suit an individual who comes from a European Groupage Logistics company background.

It is essential that you have an ability to build exceptional relationships with your high-profile customers and demonstrate a real passion in delivering to their expectations. The role will at times be challenging, demanding and highly pressured, but it will also provide variety, autonomy and a great platform from which to develop your career.

You will need to demonstrate bags of common sense, retain a professional, diplomatic approach (with a sense of humour), be able to pick things up quickly, think on your feet and be strong minded with a strength of character whilst retaining a positive attitude at all times.

The remit of this opportunity is wide and varied and to exceed you will have an ability to achieve results through effective communication and have personal drive to want to develop your career professionally. A likeable, straight-forward, honest individual, who is not afraid at taking a successful business to the next level with a diplomatic approach to make necessary changes for the good of the team and business will be required.

Salary for this opportunity is paying up to £35k, dependent on experience, plus 30 days annual leave and other company benefits. Working hours will be Monday to Friday.
