A great opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced Inside Sales Representative / Key Account Manager (ideally with experience gained over a couple of years with a medium/large logistics freight forwarder) to join a successful, dynamic team at Heatahrow. You will be part of a busy international, professional environment where there are great future career prospects for advancement. This is a full time, permanent role, Mon to Fri, (days).
The role would suit an individual who has previously worked within internal sales / key account management and can demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service, strong account management and business development. This sales role is critical to developing and closing a pipeline of new business within the air and sea division within this company.
This is a fantastic opening for an Inside Sales Representative / Key Account Manager to really become fully immersed in managing appropriate service delivery levels to meet the requirements of your client base. An ability to build rapport, establish credibility and develop highly professional relationships with your customers, (and understand their businesses to facilitate growth), will be essential. You will enjoy working in a target-driven environment, be a self-starter with personal drive and energy. You will have a proven track record of B2B sales with a strong focus on new business.
It is essential that you are highly professional, have a can-do attitude and can work with a real sense of urgency. You will possess commercial acumen, with the ability to identify business opportunities and optimise on these through the relationships and trust that you develop among your client base.
As an individual you will be highly personable, approachable, open-minded and have a positive attitude, as well as show flexibility and a willingness to get stuck in.
