Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced commercially driven HR Business Partner to join a successful, well-established and market-leading business which has experienced significant growth and increased headcount by over 20% in the last 12 months. As part of their continued success, the appointment of the HR Business Partner is critical in supporting the next phased growth and direction of the company. There is a degree of hybrid working available.

The role is fast paced, certainly not without its challenges, but it really is a great opportunity to shape and guide the company's development and have real impact and influence on leading the HR strategy. You will deliver a coherent and consistent message throughout the business and across their multiple sites. As further plans for expansion are set to continue, this role will suit a HR professional that is well versed within a B2B environment, is passionate about the development of their people and has significant experience of influencing large operational teams and senior managers.

It is essential that you can implement robust systems and procedures to develop the HR strategy. This will translate into a cohesive and consistent message across each location from an employee engagement and change management perspective. A critical aspect to the role will be in working collaboratively with the general managers at each site (6-7 across the South East region) to identify development needs for them, and their teams.

The role would suit an individual whose focus is very much commercial HR, in addition to other generalist HR and project related functions. You will be pro-active, resilient and self-motivated with a positive way of thinking that you will instil throughout the business. You will have gravitas to gain the trust and confidence of the senior management team, with a diplomatic approach to conveying the messages that need to be communicated throughout your business teams.

You will need to be CIPD qualified level 5 and be able to establish credibility quickly. A high degree of professionalism and sense of humour will be essential, as will a hands-on approach.
