HR Advisor - Employee Relations and Recruitment Lead

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on all aspects of HR including change management, both first line and more complex employee relations cases, learning & development, recruitment and payroll administration. You will work closely with managers across the business to enhance people management capabilities, supporting and training people managers on best practice. In addition, you will get involved in a number of HR projects including job evaluations, performance reviews and changes to HR systems.
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident individual who can quickly establish credibility with all levels of managers and staff. Previous experience of working in a generalist role is essential, as is a knowledge of employment law. As a person you will be proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative hands on customer service orientated approach.
