Our client based in Finsbury Park, London is a well established transport company covering over ground, bus, tube and tram. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.
The role will be permanent working 38 hours per week 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday with an annual salary of £20,914.
This role will involve dealing with some complaints from all levels of staff including those in bus garages and depots as there is currently a backlog of queries to get through, therefore resilient candidates are required.
Duties of the role will include:-
- Adding new starters/entrants to the system
- Dealing with payroll queries and updates
- Responding to driver queries regarding HR processes such as leave entitlement etc.
- Responding to driver queries regarding bus passes
- Updating spreadsheets, maintaining detail for reporting and tracking
- Health & safety related admin tasks
- Completing mail merges
In order to be considered for the role it is essential that you have strong customer service skills, experience working in a very busy fast paced environment, able to demonstrate having been resilient in a complaints environment and strong administrative experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (able to do basic formulas, vlookups etc.)
