To succeed in this role, The HR Administrator will have previous experience in this field however training for the right candidate can be provided.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to work on own initiative with great attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level of confidentiality
- Be computer literate
- Have experience on working on an operational site
- Be able to manage high volume and complex cases
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 17:00pm - 40 hours paid per week
