Finnish Speaking Sales Coordinator required

Job Description

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Permanent Sales Coordinator. Working within a Finnish speaking department.

So candidates must be fluent in Finnish language, both verbally and written.

Duties will involve

Handling customer inquireies

Customer order handling, delivery planning and invoicing

Customer payment and credit limit monitoring

Sales planning, quota and managment

Operative reporting

Proactive sales to smaller and medium sized customers

Administrative support to assigned sales managers

Delivery planning and monitoring

Customer Credit notes, rebates, bonus, implementation in Fenix and follow up.

Knowledge in Microsoft office software is an advanteage

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7- 2.30pm

Upon passing probation Health Care will be provided.
