We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Coordinator for a leading supplier of specialised products to the self-build and small renovation sectors. This is an established company and the role will offer an excellent working environment and career progression.
Excellent annual salary depending upon experience
Responsible the day to day running of the E-commerce / online business
Taking incoming emails/calls relating to orders and product enquiries
Process orders and quotations from the website
Manage CRM data
Process credits and arranging returns if necessary
Any other duties as reasonably requested
Previous experience in an online sales office environment
Experience from within building products or similar sectors useful but not essential
Knowledge of Google Adwords, Analytics or SEO Management useful
Experience of Twitter, Hootsuite, Mailchimp or similar are desirable
IT literate with good keyboard skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
