Data Manager and Insight Manager - Twickenham

Job Description

Our client is one of the largest providers of supported accommodation services various clients such as young people, clients with a history of homelessness, mental health or substance misuse issues. They aim to help vulnerable people find opportunities to change their lives and futures.

Position Available: Data Manager and Insight Manager - Twickenham, 2-3 months, 37.5 hours per week, £35-40kpa

Role Purpose:

This role will be working with a Salesforce CRM systems, the post must have a certificate be able to manage, administer and develop systems to meet the growing needs of the organisation.

The role will be the central support in the organisation for all data management, reporting & insights as well as taking a lead with the development of the organisations data systems.

Working across directorates to support the SMT with GDPR compliance and reporting

Experience Required:

  • ADM201 certificate essential and must have experience of building systems
  • Knowledge of In-Form or similar Salesforce-based database is essential
  • Experience of managing a database is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft office systems including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to produce high quality work in fast paced and demanding environment
  • Excellent understanding of quality assurance processes and management
  • Excellent report writing skills - proficient in delivering presentations
  • A very good understanding of the legal framework of GDPR
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work with managers in a helpful yet assertive manner
