Data Entry Administrator - Grantham

Job Description

Our client is a liquid waste management company based in Grantham and they are looking for a Data Entry Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.

The role is temporary on going to cover an increase in workload.

You will be required to work 9:00am-5:00pm 3 days per week, on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The pay rate for the role will be £9.50 per hour.

Duties of the role will include: -

  • Administration tasks such as entering data into spreadsheets
  • Answering the phone, taking messages and responding to enquiries
  • Filing, faxing, scanning, archiving and sorting documents/paperwork
  • Any other adhoc duties as required

We are looking for a strong administrator who is PC literate and able to hit the ground running, who is available to start work immediately and happy to cover a temporary assignment.

The successful candidate will require their own transport in order to reach the location of the site.
