Job Description

Barker Ross are recruiting for an Customer Service clerks and or Customer Service Team Leaders for our client based in Daventry.

This is a temp to perm contract, Interviews this year with a start in the new year.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday The shift time is 9am - 17.30pm. Whilst on a Temp to perm contract your hourly rate is £10.90 p/h with an additional £20 bonus if a full 40 hours per week is worked.

Customer Service Team Leader salary will be £24K after your 12 week temp to perm - You will be responsible for Supporting the Operations Controller with reporting, resource management and KPI's.

Customer Service Clerks will Cover all incoming calls, making calls to customers for bookings, updating in house systems, email queries, excel and outlook knowledge/experience, speaking with crews

This is a very busy office environment, working under pressure and as a team is essential.
