Our client based in Lincoln is currently seeking an Out of Hours Customer Service Advisor to join their team as soon as possible.
The role will be temporary and are estimated to last for 3 months however, could also turn permanent for the right candidate.
You will be required to work 25 hours per week which will be shift based and worked between the hours of 17:30 and 00:00 week days and anytime between 08:00 and 00:00 weekends and bank holidays, so candidates must be flexible with this from the out set.
The pay rate for the role is £8.72 per hour.
Duties of the role will include:-
- Contact centre based, taking inbound calls on behalf of the Lincolnshire County Council for emergency social care, district council, libaries and heritage calls
- Updating information on internal systems
- Data entry and administration support
Candidates should have good customer service skills and be competent in Microsoft applications.
Office and call centre experience would be preferable.
Any form of social care experience would be advantageous.
