Our client based in Lincoln is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team as soon as possible to assist with an increase in workload on their dedicated COVID-19 helpline.
The role will be a temporary on going contract, estimated to last for 1-2 months and could be extended.
You will be required to work 37 hours per week between 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Sunday with a pay rate of £8.72 per hour, so candidates must be flexile with evening and weekend working.
The pay rate for this role is £8.72 per hour.
Duties of the role will include: -
- Inbound and outbound calling - this will be specific to COVID-19 related calls to vulnerable people
- Providing a helpful, professional and efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the customer service centre
- Dealing with overflow calls, which are arranging call backs
- Administration support and data entry
- Updating of information on internal systems
In order to be considered for the role you must have previous telephone/office administration experience, as the role we are offering is all about inbound and outbound calling.
The successful candidate must also be available to start work immediately and be committed to work a temporary contract.
