Barker Ross is recruiting on behalf of our client in Birmingham for a temporary Customer Service Advisor.
Pay - £9.55 phr
Contract length - 23/09/2019 - 15//11/2019
Hours of work - 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Customer Service Advisor role:
- Answer calls, emails in a timely manner
- Work as part of a team
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle difficult situations or customer complaints
Customer Service Advisor Criteria:
- Previous experience in a contact centre
- Experienced with IT equipment
