Barker Ross is recruiting on behalf of our client in Birmingham for a temporary Customer Service Advisor.

Pay - £9.55 phr

Contract length - 23/09/2019 - 15//11/2019

Hours of work - 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Customer Service Advisor role:

  • Answer calls, emails in a timely manner
  • Work as part of a team
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handle difficult situations or customer complaints

Customer Service Advisor Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre
  • Experienced with IT equipment
