Barker Ross are recruiting for Customer service staff for our client based in Daventry.
This is a temp to perm position starting asap. The hours are 9am- 17:30 Monday to Friday.
Experience in Microsoft package is essential for this role you will be required to use the in house system. Other duties include:
Calling customers
Take and make customer bookings
Take inbound calls
Update system
Speak to technicians on the road
Skills required:
Excellent telephone manner
customer service (not essential)
Computer skills
This is a fairly fast paced role and can receive a high volume of calls and emails.
