We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Administrator in Whetstone. Hours of work are 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.
- Making certain that customers feel positive that enquires and complaints will be dealt with in a competent manner.
- Keeping customers notified of all changes, delays
- Recording customers complaints and coming up with resolutions
- Communicating with management on all levels
- Managing processing of customer orders, schedules, queries
- Ensuring KPI's of Logistics department is upheld
- Working with customers online portals to check, upload or amend demand
- Making sure that all parts, which are being made obsolete or are on production run out, are monitored and dealt with in line with departmental procedures
- Ensuring that appropriate documentation is supplied accordingly
- Providing administration support, where necessary, to the external sales team including samples and paperwork and taking of telephone calls
