Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Administrator in Whetstone. Hours of work are 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.

Duties:

  • Making certain that customers feel positive that enquires and complaints will be dealt with in a competent manner.
  • Keeping customers notified of all changes, delays
  • Recording customers complaints and coming up with resolutions
  • Communicating with management on all levels
  • Managing processing of customer orders, schedules, queries
  • Ensuring KPI's of Logistics department is upheld
  • Working with customers online portals to check, upload or amend demand
  • Making sure that all parts, which are being made obsolete or are on production run out, are monitored and dealt with in line with departmental procedures
  • Ensuring that appropriate documentation is supplied accordingly
  • Providing administration support, where necessary, to the external sales team including samples and paperwork and taking of telephone calls
