Construction Administrator

Job Description

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Construction Administrator for a 5 Star house builder based in the UK, this role will be based in Nottingham.

Duties will incude -

Ordering of PPE and uniforms for site staff and office staff.

Coordinating training and ensuring the training matrix on mylearning is up to date, distributing certificates upon completion, sending joining instructions, booking meeting rooms etc.

Coordinating ESP works with the local authorities as part of the Section 106 works

Weekly report running including build programmes, KPI reports, customer care reports, NHBC RI reports

Ad hoc admin work for the contracts managers including typing up SHE forms, filing, printing layouts, Conject invites

i.t support for the site managers - however this can be redirected to i.t

ordering of CSCS and CPCS cards

CPCS validator

Ordering of site signage and general site health and safety posters that aren't included in the packs buying order.

You MUST have a strong Administation back ground, and be a confident individual.
