Administrator/Receptionist - Corby

Job Description

Barker Ross are recruiting for an experienced receptionist to work for our client based in Corby.

This will be a temporary assignment.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am to 17pm.

Some on the duties you will be required to do is:

  • Answering the telephone in a confident manner
  • Administration and Filing where necessary
  • Laminating/Printing/Binding/copying
  • Opening post
  • Checking emails/enquiries/accounts in box
  • Preparing the paperwork/labels for collection
  • Meeting & greeting customers
  • Taking information from customers prior to meetings etc. i.e. Covid questionnaire.
  • Use of CRM & SAGE

Interviews prior to starting are required.

Pay is £10.00 per hour.
