Administrator/Order Processor - Lincoln

Job Description

Our well established client based in Lincoln is looking for an experienced Administrator/Order Processor to join their team as soon as possible.

The role will be temporary and is estimated to last 2-3 months. There may also be a possibility for the successful candidate to apply for a permanent contract, based on performance.

Hours of work will be 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £9.50 per hour.

Duties of the role will include: -

  • Data entry/input
  • Order processing
  • Answering customer calls
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Following up customer enquiries
  • General other office administration tasks

In order to be considered for the role you will need to have previous office administration experience, be accurate in your way of working and have strong IT skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
