Job Description

Our well established client based in Bournemouth is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team as soon as possible. The position will be a temporary contract for 1 year, estimated to last until March 2022.

You will be required to work 20 hours per week across 3 days (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) with a pay rate of £11.50 per hour.

Working within the Towns Fund Team, your daily duties and responsibilities will include: -

  • Providing daily administration support
  • Attending all Towns Fund meetings
  • Taking minutes
  • Circulating agendas
  • Updating internal systems/logs
  • Ensure all parties and information is updated correctly

In order to be considered for the role it is essential that you have experience within an administration role and have also taken minutes previously. You must also be able to start work immediately and be committed to undertake a 1 year contract.

Interviews are looking to take place the first week of March.
