Hours will be 0800-1700 pre peak and then from around September time it will be rostered to 0600 starts to 2000 finishes. So 06:00-1800 or 08:00-20:00 shifts may be required.
Duties will involve:
Learn and understand different customer account processes.
To process various customer accounts inc arranging returns, contacting hauliers and speaking with the customer
It is imperitive that they have excellent communications skills and are fully competent in all MS packages, inc excel and Outlook
Applicants must be able to work well in a team but also on their own as the role requires lots of concentration & focus to reduce the number of non-conformance errors
Candidates will need their own transport due to the sites location
