Administration Assistant - Edmonton (Part Time)

Job Description

Our client is a well-established waste management company based in Edmonton, who are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

This will be a temporary role for 3 months possibly longer, to cover a period of sickness working 16 hours per week, 9am - 5pm on a Wednesday and Thursday with a pay rate of £11 per hour.

Duties of the role will include:-

  • General administration
  • Updating agency timesheets
  • Data extraction from in house systems/reports or various sources
  • Data entry into Excel spreadsheets
  • Data consolidation
  • Filing

In order to be considered for the role you must have MS Excel knowledge, past administration experience, strong communication both written and verbal and able to work in a reasonably repetitive role.
