Accounts Administrator - Newark

Job Description

Our client is a well established waste management company based in Long Bennington, Newark. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.

This will be a permanent role, with working hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with an annual salary of £17,000.

Duties of the role will include:-

  • Using Sage Line 50 to reconcile payments
  • Monitoring and chasing aged debtors
  • Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Assisting with payroll queries
  • Daily data entry tasks
  • General office support

In order to be considered for the role you must have:-

  • Experience of using Sage Line 50 system
  • An accounting qualification would be advantageous
  • Administration/customer service experience
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail

You must also have your own transport to reach the remote location of our client.
