Accounts Administrator - Lincoln

Job Description

Our client based in Lincoln is a supplier of agricultural and industrial products who is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.

The role will be a temporary to permanent position, working 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £8.50 per hour.

Duties of the role will include:-

  • Knowledge of Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
  • Cardnet, petty cash and bank reconciliation
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Customer invoicing and debt chasing
  • Assist with VAT inputting
  • PA duties to the partner
  • General office admin

In order to be considered for this role you need to have experience in the above duties as well as be a strong administrator with knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook and Word) as well as Sage 50.
