Barker Ross are looking for Account manager for dynamic home delivery business based in Moulton Park, Northampton
This role is for a self- motivated Account Manager able to hit the ground running, with a complimentary attitude towards service, assisting the GM in managing the customer relationship at all levels.
The successful candidate must have the ability to build positive relationship that ensure our customers feel valued and be able to objectively and em-pathetically deal with any delivery issues that may occur.
The management of all customers needs to have a systematised approach of regular, value adding contact and the pipe drive CRM system must be utilised to its full potential.

- Average value sale per client/per month
- Value development per client
- System training
- Account Management
- Achieving client set SLA's
- Computer Literate
You do not need any specific qualifications; however, client would expect you to be able to demonstrate awareness and aptitude in a logistics setting and it would be advantageous to have formal training and/ or qualification in some or all of the following:
- account management
- managing people
- computer skills
