Forget my details

The broad principle underpinning the right to be forgotten is to enable you to request the deletion or removal of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing. In certain circumstances it may not be appropriate to delete data (i.e where we have a legal duty to keep records for example if you have been placed in a role or had an interview as a result of our services). When you make this request we will need to validate the request and confirm when it's been actioned.

To find out more about how long your records are kept on here at Barker Ross, read our Retention Policy.
