Job Description: Supply Chain Development Manager A fantastic opportunity has a risen for an experienced Supply Chain Development Manager to join a highly professional global provider of transportation and distribution services in Surrey. You will join a small friendly team and have responsibility for designing, implementing, executing and continuously improving a robust supply chain process ensuring account efficiencies are maximised among a portfolio of international customers. This will include using your commercial acumen to identify and implement new business streams profitably. It is essential that you can demonstrate a thorough understanding of freight management and movement within an international context, possess strong operational knowledge and have the confidence to design a commercially viable supply chain solution and be able to implement it! The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, possess knowledge of customer trends and needs within the international global supply chain, be highly analytical to interpret and extract meaningful data in order to provide management information. As an individual, you will have strong presentation and customer management skills, as well as being capable of cultivating a professional, on-going relationship with them. Your duties will include sorting the parcels/letters, loading and off loading vans and general warehouse duties. There is nights and backs available, back shift working 2pm until 10pm and nights working 10pm until 6am. This is ongoing work. You will be required to do a security form which can take up to three weeks to come back, once clear you can commence work.

We are looking for 7.5T Drivers to work for a National Logistics Business from their depot in Shrewsbury. You must have a Full UK Driving Licence and have 7.5T vehicle experience. You must also have a digital tacho card and have no more than 6 penalty points. You will be working on your own most of the time and you will be required to deliver items to various sites and also to help replenish stocks.
