Barker Ross moves to new offices in Milton Keynes to cope with increasing workload

By: Posted on: 19th July 2012

Barker Ross is bucking the trend in recruitment and moving to larger offices in Milton Keynes.  The move to a three storey 2700 sq ft office in Silbury Boulevard is to house five new recruiters who have been taken on to cope with the company’s expansion.

In Milton Keynes, Barker Ross recruits temporary and permanent staff for logistics, food, industrial, waste, construction, energy, civil engineering and housing companies.

Paul Ross,  founder and Chief Executive of Barker Ross says:

“I think staff retention has been the key to our success.  Whereas many recruitment companies have quite high staff turnover, our people generally stay here a long time.  And clients love this as they can build a relationship with someone and speak to the same person every time they need to recruit.”

“Whether it is production operatives, skilled tradesman or management level positions, we are confident we will be able to find the right person for the role, as we’ve got nearly 20 years experience in the area and over 10,000 registered workers on our database.”

Barker Ross offers comprehensive screening procedures so clients can be confident about the staff they are getting.  For larger clients, Barker Ross offers on-site supervisors and biometrics systems can also be put into place. Barker Ross consultants are available to clients 24/7.

The new office is in Silbury Boulevard, Miton Keynes Central and is very central so candidates can easily go in and see the vacancies Barker Ross has to offer.
