Barker Ross Group has announced it is opening a new office in Liverpool later this year to respond to increasing demand in the health and social care sector across Merseyside.
The company is one of the leading recruiters for temporary and permanent residential care and support workers, nurses, healthcare professionals and social workers in both the private and public sectors.
Helen Clark, managing director for the health and social care division said:
“Up until now our clients and candidates from the Merseyside area have been serviced out of our busy Manchester office. However, it has become clear we need a dedicated office in Liverpool to handle enquiries from the local area. We are seeing a good demand for candidates across all of our health and social care sectors, particularly residential care and support workers within the adults’ sector.”
“This expansion into Liverpool is part of my plan to take the Barker Ross Health & Social Care business to the next level. Health and social care is a very demanding area to recruit in, as good candidates can pick and choose who they work for. At Barker Ross we have a real commitment to safety and training. We pride ourselves in giving candidates a superior experience which means we can always supply good people where they are needed.”
To date, Barker Ross Health & Social Carehas had four locations across the UK; Leeds, London, Manchester and Nottingham. Liverpool will be Barker Ross’s fifth dedicated Health and Social Care office.
